A Privately-Funded Development Success
Burlington Park Industrial is a premier industrial development located at 199th Street and Highway 370 in Gretna, Nebraska. The project began in 2019 after Calabretto Collective was awarded an RFP from the City of Gretna to redevelop approximately 80 acres of strategically located industrial land. Designed in collaboration with E&A Consulting and marketed by Mike Potthoff of Colliers, Burlington Park has become a key industrial and commercial hub in the region.
The development featured 12 General and Heavy Commercial lots and was fully privately financed—with no public incentives. Calabretto Collective led every phase of the process, including site acquisition, master planning, mass grading, utility installation, and paving coordination, delivering shovel-ready sites that attracted a strong mix of tenants.


All Land Parcels Sold in 12-Months
Remarkably, all land parcels were sold out within 12 months, and the park reached full build-out within 5 years—testament to both the project’s strategic location and strong market demand.
