A Vision Becomes Reality

In 2015, Calabretto Collective acquired a 35-acre undeveloped property in Gretna, Nebraska and transformed it into the vibrant Royal View Community, a mixed-use development that includes over 300,000 square feet of multi-family, commercial, light industrial, and office space. The project was completed in partnership with development collaborators who handled mass grading, utility installation, and paving construction.

To support the project's infrastructure, Calabretto Collective utilized Tax Increment Financing (TIF). Civil design engineering was managed by E&A Consulting. The property was in high demand and sold out entirely within 24 months, with full buildout completed by 2025.
 

A Thriving Community

Royal View has become a lively and in-demand neighborhood, home to a variety of businesses including restaurants, fitness centers, medical offices, educational facilities, and multi-family housing.
